I'm Susana Hands, known as The Franchise Lady, a dedicated wife and proud mother of two incredible children, Thalia 19 years old and Luca who is 13. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2009 when I ventured into the world of business ownership with Twinkle Toes Baby Hands and Feet Sculptures and Photography Franchise, becoming the pioneer Franchisee to launch Twinkle Toes Photography in Sydney, NSW.
By 2013, I founded my own business, Created By Hands, where I successfully franchised and sold 7 franchises within the first year. This experience provided invaluable lessons in business management, from creating and selling a franchise business to building one from the ground up and transitioning into a franchise model.
